Roof Cleaning

We offer two professional roof cleaning methods, depending on the condition of your roof and the level of cleaning required.

Manual Moss Removal

For roofs with heavier moss growth, we can manually scrape the moss away using specialist wire brushes. Once the majority of the moss has been removed, we apply a biocide treatment to target any remaining organic growth and help prevent moss and algae from returning for longer.

Complete Clean-Up

Once the roof clean is complete, we thoroughly clean up any areas affected by moss, dirt and debris that may have fallen from the roof during the process. We leave the surrounding areas clean and tidy, making sure you’re completely happy with the finished job.

We also include free gutter clearing, soffit cleaning and fascia cleaning as part of our roof cleaning service.

Steam Cleaning

Our second option is steam cleaning, using low pressure and high heat to safely remove moss, dirt, algae and other organic build-up from the roof. Once the roof has been cleaned, we apply the same biocide treatment to kill remaining organic growth and help prevent it from returning for up to 2–3 years.

Roof Maintenance

To help maintain the results of your deep clean and keep your roof looking its best for longer, we recommend having the roof resprayed with a biocide treatment and the gutters cleared once a year.

We also offer an optional roof sealant at an additional cost for customers who would like this added to their service.
